TERMS & CONDITIONS – NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ($500)

By submitting your deposit payment of $500.00 USD, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit:
    This $500 deposit secures your space in [insert name of retreat/event/program]. It is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  2. Balance Due:
    The remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days of your deposit date or by Jan 1, 2026—whichever comes first. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot, and your deposit will not be refunded.

  3. Commitment:
    Your deposit represents your commitment to the experience. If you choose to cancel, withdraw, or are unable to attend for any reason, no refund or credit will be issued.

  4. Acknowledgment of Terms:
    By submitting this deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
